My name is Markus, I’m 33 years old, and volleyball has been a central part of my life for many years. I’m an active player, a licensed referee, and a coach with experience working with bedriftslag, club teams, and individual players. Alongside this, I’ve held short and informal sessions on mental toughness and performance under pressure.
Outside the court, I work as a nurse in a psychiatric ward. This has given me a strong foundation in meeting people with respect, clear communication, and an understanding of how safety, trust, and mindset play a key role in development; both in sport and in life.
SRVD Volleyball is created for players who want to learn volleyball in a clear, safe, and structured way. Whether you’re touching a volleyball for the first time or looking to refine specific skills, our goal is to help you build strong fundamentals, understand the game, and grow in confidence on the court.
For me, volleyball has always been more than just a sport. It has given me lasting friendships, structure, and a healthy way to stay active but also a sense of belonging and purpose. These values shape everything we do in SRVD. We believe in serving one another through encouragement, effort, and community, and in creating an environment where people are seen, supported, and motivated to grow.
With SRVD Volleyball, my vision is to make volleyball accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or previous experience, and to build a positive community where development feels achievable, meaningful, and shared.

What Group size should we be?
The ideal size is 6 - 12 players. This allows for good activity, structured drills and individal feedback without long waiting times. I also offer sessions for individual players and smaller groups up to 4

No problem. A free consultation via chat, before your first session, is completly free so we can find the right level and focus on the individual needs of your team.

Do we need to commit to multiple sessions?
No. You can book single sessions. If you train regularly and look for a long term plan feel free to contact me and I can make you a special offer fittet to your goals.

What ages is this suiteable for?
I train all ages from 12 and up. I adjust the training accourding to the needs and age of the group to ensure a fun enviorment with growth focus while preventing injuries.
